  I was one of the earliest customers of the BMPR and have driven 3:45 hours to put my girls (GSD/Kelpie & GSP/Staffie) in this establishment. I have boarded my mother's various cats here as well.

  Our cat goes on holiday here at least once a year and has done for the last 4 years....Susan and John are trustworthy, responsible, caring owners of BMPR and we have always been impressed with their courteous manner. The prices are a bit higher than elsewhere in the area however the professional care and attention our cat receives makes it worthwhile. The cat pens are clean, they are flea free, feeding bowls clean, and bedding is clean. It has heaters for warmth in winter and grilled guarded windows to let in fresh air. They supply food however if your pet has special dietary needs (as in our case) we supply the food. Happy days at Blue Mountains Pet Resort! Love Baxter (meow)

  My girls have always been happy there, never came home with fleas, smells or issues. They received special atttention for exercise and play-group and no issues with providing special diet needs (self supplied).

  Great service, takes alot to trust somewhere with your pets but I would definitely bring my pets back for another visit
