  I think lostcookies11 below has lost his (or her) cookies. If he (she) learns to meditate properly & recalibrates, I'm sure he'll realise there's no brainwashing going on.. just teaching of a very VERY helpful technique for managing all of Life's curve-balls! If anything it's brain-UNwashing!

  Spritual and ancient meditation technique. I would give 10 out 10 without a doubt. Highly recommend to those who is willing to begin spritual journey to achieve inner-peace, prospirity and happy life and technique is based in law of nature which applies to each individual regardless of religion, faith and belief. Should try once if you are seeking for spritual truth.................

  I'm naturally aversive to spiritual stuff but for me this particular course of meditation removed all the heeby jeeby junk in favour of focus on sensations / reactions. Really improved my sense of control over my own mind. It's hard but it's so worth it. Can't recommend highly enough.
