  I organised a golf trip for 6 of us for the weekend and we choose to stay at this hotel. I had previously booked this hotel about 6 weeks prior to arriving, with 2 rooms for the 6 of us with breakfast included. upon checking out of the hotel, the man working behind the counter started to blow up at us about breakfast not being included. He was carrying on, yelling screaming and getting aggressive. At one point he even threw a towel against the wall with frustration, whilst continuing to swear. I was shocked because there was no need for this to escalate from such a simple misunderstanding. I will never stay at this hotel again, this display of customer service absolutely ruined our whole experience at the hotel. DON'T STAY HERE EVER!!

  Do not stay here. I took a gamble with a last minute booking because a few sites claimed it as a 3.5 star hotel. I is definitely not. The service staff is horribly unfriendly and disorganized. I was double charged at check in and then made to feel bad for booking through a third party site. The rooms are outdated and dingy and they neglected to service our room during our 2-night stay. The location is a drive from most places you'll want to visit. Beware.

  This place has appalling. customer service, checked in early but room not ready which was understandable however when we arrived at around 10pm after a wedding nearby our door was wide open, light on and full of flying insects that crawled on us all night. Struggled to even get an apology when checking out, they simply didn't care and refused to give any type of refund. Don't come here.

  very comfortable， the game room is quite old but the others facilities are ok. Like the indoor heated pool

  Good location. Great facilities the pool was lovely and warm, towels for swimming were a good addition. Would have liked to have a drink in the bar after dinner but everything seemed to be shut up by 9 pm. Loved the fire in the bar area
